Sway Day Camp: Search and Social

The Sway Day Camp at the Voinovich School in Athens, Ohio was a huge success. We had a phenomenal time and the audience (at capacity) walked away with some invaluable lessons about social and search marketing.
We’re hoping to learn from each of the Sway Day camps we hold, so if you attended, please leave your feedback here so we can apply it to our next event.
During the Sway Day Camps, attendees are given insights into social and search marketing tactics practiced by Cement Marketing. It is our hope, above all, that attendees walk away feeling less overwhelmed and intimidated by social and search marketing than when they walked in. We also hope they have applicable tactics and strategies they can implement immediately upon returning to their office.

The Sway Day Camp helped give direction on the optimal ways for us to connect with potential clients via digital media. It also informed us of very helpful evaluation tools for the media we currently use.

I use to cringe when someone told me to ‘start a blog’. Now I am ready to jump in!
Opened my eyes in how to use a blog to help your business. I am still having a hard time with WordPress.. I am still learning how to navigate around for set up, but I am getting the hang of it. I have so many more questions to ask now! I have not gotten through all the tutorials…

I enjoyed the day. Information was presented very precisely. I feel very positive with the info I received to create my own business website and our departmental website and to keep them updated. I am excited to begin digital media to expand how we communicate with people and grow the business.

The Sway Day Camp was wonderful. I felt the information was great for beginners and yet still very informative and helpful for those of us with some experience, looking to fine tune our skills.
Our hosts were most gracious and the meeting space was some of the nicest I have been to. It was small enough that we could all hear well and comfortable to boot.
